Simon is the Managing Director for The Mullings Group Contract Recruiting, providing interim, contract, and project resource solutions for our clients across the globe.
Having spent close to 20 years in MedTech recruiting, building and running teams at scale, Simon has an intricate understanding of the drivers that determine success. Simon brings his consulting mindset, breaking down complex problems to deliver simple solutions with a customer-centric approach.
Prior to joining The Mullings Group, Simon was integral in delivering expert talent at scale to the world’s largest MedTech Consultancies. Since 2008, he has worked relentlessly on Sales-Ops methodology, how people function, and how technologies and processes work together to create exceptional customer experiences and hone efficiencies.
Simon has a substantial background in recruiting within Regulatory and Quality and a deep insight into the challenging landscape of the European and US markets. A Graduate of Henley Business School and a certified Project Manager, Simon has a keen eye for detail and a creative mindset for solving challenging hiring projects.
