Vice President of Search Operations & Contract Recruiting
Erika is Vice President of Search Operations & Contract Staffing at The Mullings Group. With two decades of experience in operations and project management, Erika drives initiatives to provide an enhanced client and individual experience and reduces friction at both the desk and organizational level.
Erika graduated from Stetson University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Communications. Her background in overseeing operations, training and onboarding for an international organization has taught her how to lead exceptional teams as well as provide mentoring and coaching for those early in career.
Erika has been awarded Mentor of the Year from the Children’s Home Society of Florida and Commitment to Service Award from the Palm Beach Country Council of PTAs/PTSAs. She currently serves as President of the Palm Beach County Council of PTAs/PTSAs, Board Member of the Florida PTA, and Co-Founder/Board Member of WeAct (Western Area Community Theater).
