Cristina joined The Mullings Group after 5+ years of experience as a cross-functional Talent Management professional. Her responsibilities include recruitment, Performance Development, and Strategy across multiple industries.
She began her career with a management consulting firm; where she held roles of increasing responsibility in talent acquisition and development of the organization’s executives across the U.S. and Europe.
For the past 5 years, Cristina has partnered with the Top 20 Biopharmaceutical and Medical Device companies globally, recruiting professionals from the Clinical Research stage to Post- Product Marketing. She received a BS in International Affairs with a concentration in European Political Science, Religion, and French from Florida State University.
