A 20-year industry veteran, Emily brings a holistic Talent Acquisition perspective to The Mullings Group. As a member of the Advisory Board, she provides insight and guidance for the company’s growth and development strategy.
Emily is a graduate of Western University in Canada with a Bachelor of Arts in English. Throughout her career, she has worked as a retained Executive Search Consultant with recruitment process outsourcing experience, has built and scaled search firms, as well as in-house Talent Acquisition strategies for multiple organizations. Most recently, Emily is managing the commercial growth strategy for a franchise staffing organization.
Working with, leading high-performance teams, and enhancing their capabilities in areas they may not realize they can grow and develop is at the core of what Emily loves to do. She has led teams on a global scale and in remote environments for over 8 years.
